Mission statement

At the Center for Advanced Bureaucracy, we explore and embrace the joy of needless complexity. Our mission is to tirelessly champion more and more forms with more and more steps, to reduce the legal liability of the organization but disguise it as increased efficiency.

With an unwavering commitment to making straightforward tasks as perplexing as quantum physics and a goal of finding more jobs for those lucky enough to work for the bureaucratic part of the organization, we aim to redefine the boundaries of the organizational goals (to satisfy the goals of the bureaucracy) and what it means to get things done.

Join us. Be part of the journey where common sense takes a backseat and red tape is a way of life. Because, really, who needs well-being, motivation, productivity, and efficiency when we can have bureaucracy?
